About Carla

Since 2017, Carla is a certified TRX Coach and Instructor. Before that time, the TRX Suspension Trainer was part of her lower back treatment program. Not only did she make tremendous progress in building a strong back, she became stronger and more fit in general. She started her first TRX Training business after having obtained the necessary Trainer Qualifications and Certifications. Currently, she runs her own boutique studio in Singapore (East Coast Training Zone), teaches TRX classes at MusicLoveYoga, and developed the online studio.
